Something that is worse than no, but not worse than nooo.
In other words, a middle level, even tho it can be infinite, like
Nooooooooooooooooooooo. That would be the the definition for losing an eye, cracking a rib, having a heart attack, and then the world exploding after a giant meteor hits.

Or
You: I took a dump and clogged up your toilet and then made your dog eat it, witch ended up in him vomiting all over you white carpet.

Noo is a beautiful woman who care for you and will do anything to support you she will come to your rescue and stop any problems. If you come across a Noo you are very lucky to have her. But her bad side is she can get grumpy sometimes and get pissed easily.
