The act of getting your YouTube video tweeted out by a media outlet/celebrity (such as James Gunn) which then causes a chain reaction of increased popularity. The increased popularity of the video results in increased advertisement revenue for the creator, hence the dollar sign. However, the root of the term comes as a play-on-words for the Fergie song "M.I.L.F. $".
After recreating the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 trailer by himself and getting it tweeted out by James Gunn, Hux got dat G.U.N.N. $.

The D.E.N.N.I.S. system refers to a fool proof system enabling men to obtain a woman's undying love, accompanied by life love devotion (if the man so desires). The D.E.N.N.I.S. system was made popular by Dennis Reynolds, a fictional character from Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia.
