to creatively fix an item, fashion a part or create a tool out of whatever materials are on hand.

I had to mozzerate my broken exhaust with wire clothes hangers and plastic tie wraps. To hang my Christmas lights, I had to mozzerate a tool by taping broomsticks together with a curtain rod hook on the end.
