Mongbag

A mongbag is a complete and utter waste of space or simply, an ignorant moron.

The mongbag may be located drinking alcohol in the street with bright tracksuits and sporting baseball caps at a very high angle.

A mongbag can also refer to someone who isn't quite on the ball with current affairs, be they global or local within a relevant time frame.
