Miss Japp

The most despicable person on the whole entire earth. She is boring, disgusting, and is generally pooey. She resembles a female version of Nick Griffon and I'm sure many people would also like to egg her.

Teacher: I'm going to make you wear a knee-length skirt!
Girl: Urgh she is such a Miss Japp!
