At McDonald's you'll need a dollar double cheeseburger, 4-piece chicken nuggets, small order of fries, and some BBQ sauce. Open the burger in the middle and add a layer of chicken nuggets and fries and drizzle BBQ sauce over the layer. Add the half of the sandwich and there you go, the McEverything.
