Margery daw

Stemming from the old nursery rhyme “See-saw, Margery Daw”, the phrase is commonly used in Scots dialect as rhyming slang to describe someone doing nothing, or not working, or doing “f**k aw”
“Awww so muggins here’s been doing aw the work and you’ve been staunin there daen Margery Daw!”
