Manafortified 

Imbued with all the good things: betrayal, self preservation, and copious amounts of anal spunk.

Donnie Trumps Big Mac was not only delicious, it was Manafortified. After his campaign manager flipped, and ratted him out, Donnie had to choke down the betrayal, disappointment and old man sperm with his two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese pickles on a sesame seed bun.
