MDB is the universal warning acronym for a guy to alert another person that they may be close to engaging in a first time sexual encounter with that they have larger than average genitalia dimensions. MDB stands for "My Dick Big", which covers up to 10 inches, anything over ten and MDH, My Dick Huge, should be used as there is a big difference between a 7 inch one and a 10 and a half inch. Just think of a size 10 shoe and a size 13, or a size medium shirt and an XXL. Sometimes the acronym UDB, U Dick Big?, may be used proactively in which case the acronym, LGFO(Let's Go Find Out) can be used.

I just thought I should give you a heads up just in case you decide that you want to have sex with me. MDB..... "UDB?" Yep, MDB. "Not UDH?" No, no, not huge, just MDB.
