A gender neutral name, but it tends to mean a introverted person that space out alot, or a mute in old Russian slang. Most Lyov's are tended to be assumed to be sweet and kind, Most is up to your liking.

Lyova 

Lyova can be a nice and kind person, if you break his heart then he becomes a b*tch. He can be annoying sometimes, but he also can be funny. He’s always there for people, but no one is ever there for him. He has so much going on in his life, so he’s super busy.

Person #1:”Did you see Lyova.”
Person #2:”Yeah he seems heartbroken.”
Person #1:”Yeah I think he is.”
