Lovers flu

Where two people who are married/dating are off from work "sick" at the same time. Most likely they are either not sick or have some sort of STD.

Admin office :
"Mr X & Mrs Y are off with flu today."

Office staff :
"Dude, X & Y are off with lovers flu! LOL Probably got genital fungus"
