Linux in '96

Linux in '96 - A reference to the usability of the Linux Operating System in a particular year that is used to describe the usability of something else (often other Open Source software). For example, Chris C Kemp has compared the usability of the OpenStack cloud software to Linux in 1996. May be humorously applied to unrelated items with a user experience component.
