Leading someone on

Euleina Wright, or 'leina'
"yeah she's leading someone on"
"Oh, pulling a Leina, eh? Poor guy"

Leading someone on

To use someone for love or manipulate their feelings for attention or other selfish reasons.

To persuade someone into believing something is not true. Most of the time, Love, attention, money or other things are the reason.

In some cases, the person who is leading the other on might be in a relationship. That is twice as bad. I am sorry.
Gabe: "Alexander was leading Katrina on for months and she didn't even know!"
Alexander: "I was bored. I have a girlfriend already."
Helen: "Oh wow-"

Adrian: "Leading someone on is such a terrible thing to do. What's wrong with you?"

leaving someone on read

Leaving you on read means that I don't want to talk to u atm. This means it's the end of the conversation, not "keep texting me until I eventually respond"
A: mhm
B: *leaves on read*
This indicates that person B is done talking. This does not mean person A should keep talking. Leaving someone on read means to leave the conversation.

Lieing about leading some one on
An Irish phrase meaning shit, derived from ass
(Not to be confused with the literal description of one's buttocks)
"Did you hear the song Aylek$ dropped?"
"Hardly. Her music is absolute cheeks."

"My boyfriend say LaFlame is cheeks."
"Tell your boyfriend I said it's his mixtape that's cheeks."
