In the context of drugs, "to lace" (cut/fake) means adding a secondary substance to a product without the user's knowledge.

Often, this is done to increase the weight (and therefore the profit) or to make the product more potent/addictive.
"I'm a drug dealer and I'm going to lace it these MDMA pills with caffeine to increase my profits."

Lace it up

Originally created by Mark and Will in 2007. It's a phrase used to instruct someone to prepare drinks for everyone at a party or privately between 2 people.
Gee: Yo, do you guys want a shot?
Justin: yea, lace it up for everyone!

Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
