This term is used in Panama to describe a boy , often used as "pelao" but sometimes they flipped and say laope.

Laopo

Someone with a slim waist, long legs, who is tough on the surface but soft at heart. This person is also called "nation's laopo".

Laogong made this person turn gay. {Good for them}
