Kurosanji 

Nijisanji just after the termination of Selen Tatsuki.
Safe to say there's a war going on everywhere and it's getting scarier by the day.
The whole word comes from, "Kuro" meaning black in Japanese, which is alluding to the fact that Nijisanji is a black company now, or at least considered that by most people, and "-sanji" which is the end of sanji.
If you want to learn more just search up GRRAT on the internet and it should come up with a Twitter/X post with moderatly viable information and theories, but just beware and take that shit with a grain of salt.

All started because of bad management. (Look at Matara Ken and K9kuro, and Dokibird (formally Selen) they have quoted on this, comparing old managers to their new ones).

Person 1: Selen was being bullied and so was Zaion. They were both being bullied by the shitty management and being unfairly judged and eventually terminated!
Person 2: The Sayu thing was old news, it's just most ignored what she said, that said that company has serious management problems.
Person 3: Damn, Kurosanji is another level of bad, especially after leaking legal documents to other livers.

A slang about a company with a business model based on deception, coercion, or exploiting the vulnerabilities of its workforce. It's a black company but for vtubers.

Kurosaki Ichigo 

Kurosaki Ichigo is the protagonist in the anime series 'Bleach' by Kubo Tite who is also known for the short lived series called 'Zombie Powder'.

Kurosaki Ichigo is fifteen years old with brown eyes and was once bullied for his strange orange hair, which he claims is natural. He has the unexplainable ability to see and interact with ghosts and spirits. This in turn leads to a chain of events which leads him into becoming a 'Shinigami' or 'Soul Reaper' and allows the story line of 'Bleach' to grow.

The interest in Ichigo stems from the fact he has an abnormally high spiritual energy which he cannot seem to supress, it is such a strong energy for a mortal that it is a reason he manages to get into places such as 'Soul Society' the central hub of the spirit world.

He wields a blade or 'Zanpaku-to' called 'Zangetsu', a physical manifestation of his spiritual energy which he can use to destroy the core antagonists in the story line, the 'Hollows'.

Ichigo Kurosaki 

A Vizard from Bleach. He is the main character. He uses his zanpakuto named Zangetsu meaning Cutting Moon. He has both shikai and bankai. His shikai is Getsuga Tenshou, a far-reaching slash made of reietsu. His bankai is Tensa Zangetsu.His bankai makes him much faster and greatly increases the damage of his getsuga tenshou. As a last resort, he can use Hollowfication. It puts a Hollow mask on him giving him the power of a hollow. This greatly increases his strength. However, if the mask is broken the power will wear off and once the mask is broken/taken off he will become exhasted.
