This is the word used to define a hobo. A

lazy moocher. Someone who was too
lazy to do something correct because it required them to do a teensy
bit of
work.

This person can't handle things that require the
use of the mind, such as ordering supplies, or using their hands to cut something.
A Kicielinski
will have their feelings hurt quite easily as they are thin skinned losers and deny others what is their rights to have, and make up excuses as to why they are such failures.
Then they'll resort to lying and make false accusations as to why another shouldn't be permitted to move up in the world, usually because they are jealous losers.
