Literally "precious sir" in Japanese ("ki" meaning precious, "sama" being a very polite honorific), it is what a samurai called his enemy. In modern speech, it can be used with someone you want to kill or as an extremely rude insult. Has been used by soldiers and yakuza. Sometimes used liberally by english-speaking otaku.

Kisama 

It is a term that shows affection. To be precise, though it's original form holds a different meaning, in urban usage it usually means that I'm going to kiss you. Of course it is mostly used as a figurative, but the situation in which it's used can unravel in face sucking.

The 'ama' is akin to the english "I'm gonna" , and the 'kis' is akin to the english 'kiss'.
Thus "ama kiss you" is an appropriate way to view the urban usage of 'kisama'.

Kisame 

Kisame Hoshigaki is a large blue man from the Akatsuki in Naruto. He has clear soft blue skin (damn what’s his skin care routine?), with gill like markings on his cheeks. Along with that he has a very defined jaw, cute eyes, and razor sharp teeth to tear out your throat. You would be stupid to mess with a man like him. Despite his odd looks he’ll always have loyalty and determination, something that just makes him 100x more attractive unlike real men. He carries his sword name Samehada who unfortunately was canceled due to the fact that it was a whore.

Person 1: who’s ugly ass is that?

Person 2: Shut up, that gorgeous man is Kisame.

Kisame 

Hoshigaki Kisame was introduced alongside Uchiha Itachi, as one member of the dreaded Akatsuki.
Not much is currently known about Kisame, other than his past affiliation with Momochi Zabuza in Hidden Mist's Seven Legendary Swordsmen group. He has a freakish personality and equally freaky appearance.
He has a terrifying sword he calls Samehada, which sucks up Chakra being built inside the body, and rather than slicing it's intended victim, it rips them apart like the teeth of a shark.
He loves to fight, and was eager to fight Asuma, Kurenai, and Gai, but was only merely disappointed when Itachi ordered a retreat. He is fearless, and not afraid to use his Samehada liberally. Truly someone to be cautious, if not feared by.
