Insult meaning you’re a small, irritating, pus-filled nothingburger in the grand scheme, like an unwanted zit nobody asked for.

Coined from the viral “you’re not that guy pal” grocery store clip.

Used to demean someone as irrelevant and gross.

“You little pimple on the left—pop off somewhere else.”
“This dude acting tough? Nah, just like a pimple on the left—squeeze it and move on.”
