A form of the AIDS virus that affects 25% of Americans. Jumping AIDS are usually found in people who scratch their legs, feet, groin, or abdomen. This form of AIDS spreads to these areas and creates minor rashes; these rashes vary in size and location, which implies the name "Jumping" AIDS.
