When you are presented with something that looks favorable for you, but ends up not being favorable when you get it.
Someone offers you $10 to take them to a friend's house uo the street. When you get there, the friend aint @ home and you gotta drive across town to earn your $10. Damn it you done pulled a jokey smurf on me.
