Jelly like a jelly fish

A phrase used by Sid Sandinista to describe how jelly he is of somebody or something.

Sid: Whoa dude, you got to see Reel Big Fish last night?
Andy: Yeah man, you jelly?
Sid: Yeah, I'm jelly like a jelly fish.
Andy: That's pretty jelly.
