A person who is addicted to perc 30's but can't afford them. You can find them at parties asking for a bump and they'll get you back. They can be spotted by looking nervous and shaky. They are the cheebah hawks of percocets. This person is usually really stingy, always trying to bum somethin such as a cigarette mainly Newport, a hit from a bowl, or simply a small line.
