Jab is a term for a quantity (usually twelve or thirteen) of narcotics, specifically rocks (crack cocaine), blows (heroin) or weed (cannabis). The narcotics are often packaged in individual knotted or ziplock baggies and then placed in a larger clear knotted plastic bag.

Using her for "just her body" and not getting emotionally attached, not getting her number, and possibly not even her name.
