Someone who is genuinely scared of or fearful of Italian people, or those who originate from Italy.
Also could be afraid of Italian culture

A person suffering from Italophobia is known as an Italophobe

May also refer to someone that hates Italy and or Italian culture

Sally: We are going to Rome these holidays
Dan: Oh no, please not Rome, I'm scared of Italy...I have Italophobia
