Those holder sites that you run into when you type in something completely random, and a cheap ass search engine pops up. When you load the page, you are generally greeted with:

"This site does not exist... YET!!!"
or
"This domain now for sale to the highest bidder b/c we are douchebags."

Not having full access to all of the internet.

The term used to describe having only partial access to the internet in places like China and elsewhere due to blocking of sites deemed to be subversive.

Since I'm hooked up to the Internot, I couldn't write on Lo Fat's facebook wall today.
