Coming from the latin word "inopia" meaning a lacking of something. The lack of something, or a state of poverty.
Due to an inopiance of food, the stranded traveler starved to death. Were it not for my inopiance of wealth, I could buy nice things.

Ignoriance of the weed

Stonerfication of "Ignorance," but includes an active, willful element as pertains to non use of marijuana.
Often a playful, chiding reprimand intended to provoke immediate inhalation of marijuana smoke.
