Identity Theft Enabler's Act

a policy many states have in which drivers licenses are sent through the mail instead of being issued in person so that someone can simply steal drivers licenses out of people's mailboxes making it much easier to commit identity theft
I just got my drivers license renewed and thanks to the Identity Theft Enabler's Act somebody stole my license out of my mailbox and used it to get 6 credit cards in my name!

identity porn

A fanfic motif (mainly associated with the superhero genre) where one or more characters, in a relationship, use secret identities or aliases. The character without a secret identity may be the one attempting to arrest the other or play the damsel in distress. Its also relevant for a superhero x villain ship, where neither the villain or the hero know that they're dating their worst enemy. Despite its name it doesn't always need a sexual component.
"That scene in Spiderman 2 with Peter and Osborne is so good! When Osborne takes off Peters mask; the identity porn kills me everytime."

Everything is simply a shape, a form, an identifier to let others recognize me as me! But then, what am I? Is this me? My true self? My fake self? What is it that I am? Nobody understands me!

Don't quote this in therapy you filthy shinnie.
you know how Shinji Ikari once said: "Everything is simply a shape, a form, an identifier to let others recognize me as me! But then, what am I? Is this me? My true self? My fake self? What is it that I am? Nobody understands me!" yeah, I relate to that.

God Shot

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
