The word Ibsquich is a noun, used to insult someone's intelligence. The word is simply a synonym of the word retard and can mostly be used in the same context. The word doesn't derive form latin or any other language, as it was randomly shouted by my British friend when tried to refer to my other friend during a game of chess.
