A phrase coined by the musician bLAck pARty on the track Bloom of his debut album Mango.

The phrase I used to describe someone best wishes in mind such as attaining their dreams or developing into a great person.

John: "You're a great person I hope your flowers bloom"

Laura: "Thank you"
