Here she was trying to get him to hang out with her, all the while ignoring me. Talk about a hypoquit!

Bob is such a hypoquit, he told me to stop smoking and I see him puffing like a chimney.

Hypoquitter

A person who will give you flack for wanting to work elsewhere but will quit their own job without guilt.

J : Just letting you know that I’m looking for a new job.

D : That’s stupid on your part. If you think that place is going to be better than go ahead. You’ll never be welcomed back here though.

D : Inventory is coming again and I don’t want to do it so I’m going to quit.
