When you're so bad at Smash that you completely miss the follow up after a throw at low percent. Commonly associated with the popular Smash-YouTuber HopCat.

Well, that's a HopCat Combo.

A HopCat combo is where you grab and throw someone in Super Smash Bros. under 30% and have no follow up.

Peter lost the match because of that HopCat combo on Little Z in their last set.

Hopcat Combo 

When playing smash bro’s, if you grab someone at 40 or below and throw them but miss the follow up. That is called a Hopcat Combo.

Zack-“Forward throw and two fairs”.
BWB-“How do I do that”.
BWB-(Forward throws and miss follow up).Aw man.
Zack-HaHaHaHa. Oh wait.
Zack and BWB-Thats a Hopcat Combo.
