A term used for when you have the wool pulled over your eyes. essentially any deception or form of misdirection.

A person in utter disbelief: "AGH! Ive been Hojanked!"

It is when, while asking for help, either on the phone or in person and you get completely ignored or hung up on. Basically when you think you are going to get assistance and you are completely disappointed.

I got hojacked yesterday when I called tech support.
