Hobo Toes

State of toes in between pedicures where the polish has chipped, faded, is missing, and/or calluses are growing out of your sandals.

A renegade toe, or toes, poking through a hole in a sock. Socks with holes are generally seen as signs of poverty, and the toe(s) sticking through said hole are signs of hobo-ism.
