A hipster/cholo combination, generally seen around the waters of Santa Monica; They are also known to inhabit Utah beach in Normandy, France of World War II fame, as well as some areas of Sterling Heights and Ann Arbor, Michigan. It is rare indeed to see such a marvelous Hipcholo in these parts. . .
