The Egyptian accent for the term "horror". The "z" is added to amplify the state of horror in the sittuation.

The term "herrorz" is used when the a sittuation such as i.e Felicia walking down the street but when you check Felicia feet.. Hmmm not so sweet. (that's herrorz)

Ellen: Yeah he has assault charges now and is in jail.

Abu: Why is half our family dead because of strangers?

Mohammed: Because we were attacked by American Herrorists, brother.
