The Guilts

This is one of the worst feelings in the world and it arises for no reason whatsoever. It can be described as a powerful feeling of regret and anxiety all in one. The guilts often occur the night after excessive drinking or if you get insulted by stupid people about doing something that seems stupid at the time.

Conor: "Aw boy, got a complete dose of the guilts from last night";

Emmet: "Why, were you drinking much?";

Conor: "Na not even, had a bad dream about stealing money so I could get home and I'm absolutely riddled with them (the guilts)"

Scully guilts 

The feeling of immense regret usually following smoking, intoxication, hooking up... really any form of revelry or debauchery; it results in excessive apologies progressing to morose sulking for the remainder of the day.

Liv's been sulking all day about getting intoxicated and hooking up with that guy. She's really got the scully guilts.

piss guilts

A feeling that comes usually after a bender when you cannot remember exactly what you did but are sure it was something bad. The feeling is exaggerated when someone who was on said bender with you tells you exactly what you did.

1. Fuck I was blind last night, I can vaguely remember smashing the neighbours car, I have a case of the piss guilts.
2. Fuck you were blind last night, Do you remember when you smashed the neighbours car, You should have the piss guilts.

Self-guilt

Self-guilt is the act of feeling all the guilt on one's ownself. It can also be intentionally, putting yourself down on purpose. Self-guilt can also lead to depression, and sometimes even suicide.

I hate how I let him down, I feel the self-guilt.

Flu Shot Guilt 

The guilt projected onto a person that doesn't want to or believe in taking the flu shot vaccine.

You say "No" meaning "I don't want you to inject me with formaldehyde & mercury" and the nurse gives you the flu shot guilt by sending you a look like you just said "there's no such thing as God."
