Grumman LLV

The Grumman LLV (long life vehicle) is a compact, right-hand-drive mail truck designed specifically for the United States Postal Service (USPS) and introduced in 1986. Built by Grumman using a General Motors chassis based on the Chevrolet S-10, the LLV features an aluminum body and a 2.5-liter inline-four engine. Its design prioritizes functionality, offering a tight turning radius and a low-geared, three-speed transmission suitable for frequent stops and curbside mail delivery. Despite its utilitarian design, the LLV has become an iconic symbol of the USPS, known for its durability and distinctive appearance. The vehicle's longevity is a testament to its design, with many still in service today, even as the USPS plans to replace them with newer models.
Waiting for a letter from my pen pal in Brazil, I stood at the mailbox for 2 and a half hours as i was exited to get a response from him. Then an old slightly beaten up Grumman LLV appears from the corner, it’s brakes screech as the vehicle came to a full stop. the driver an old white guy in his late 70’s open the door of the LLV and said “are you Mandy McAdams”. I said “yes that’s me” then he hands me my letter and then I opened the letter excitedly to see what my pen pal said.

Serial Monogamist

Someone who jumps from one relationship immediately into another one.

Serial monogamists can not stand to be alone and often suffer from vast commitment and insecurity issues.

Because they jump into relationships immediately after the previous one has ended, serial monogamists typically don't take the time to reflect on their behavior or why their previous relationships failed; thus, they end up making the same relationship mistakes over and over again.
