Gridder

The term gridder refers to someone who is absolutely entrenched in society and thinks everything they see and hear in the media must be true. Gridders live a very “on the grid” lifestyle. They work a 9-5, eat processed foods, live in a metropolitan area, and NEVER question science. A gridder is easily tricked by words somebody wrote online.
To a gridder, a famous actor is basically a scientist and politician.
