goosin' (goose-en)-- The act of being silly or being a "silly goose"

Originated in Delaware by a few art students at Delaware College of Art and Design and quickly spread to University of Delaware and surrounding Highschools. It is one of the quickest spread slang terms of 2010

Guy 1: "did u see Marty the other night?"
