Going nowhere fast 

Driving at night when you have no actual destination. You put your favorite music on and drive around in your town, city, or the open roads while enjoying the freedom.

Dave: Sam where are you going tonight?

Sam: I am just going nowhere fast

Rick: I have so much stress. I think I'm I'll go nowhere fast to relieve some and relax.
