Glumbule

A substance that is produced when you have done a good job (usually liquid form, but can be solid); Usually used in a scenario when a rather good deed is done and someone makes a "Glumbule" surprise for that person.

"Hey daddy, I've got these glumbules for you if you wanna get fiesty."

A person of lower intelligence. Not of any disability, but just because they simply cannot say or make something good; whether it'd be a sentence, decision, or idea.
