phrase for "allow to have sex with", as if some girl's skanky cooter is like a wonderful gift that only a few very special dumb ugly men will have access to. Usually used by young girls who think their "body is a temple", or some stupid shit like that, and generally only use sex as a bargaining chip to further manipulate any man near them. A phrase usually used by the most conniving, manipulative, man-hating bitches on the planet - i.e. most of them.
