Ghettogenesis (noun)

1. The socio-urban process by which multicultural policies, absent meaningful integration strategies, systematically create segregated communities characterized by:
- Spatial and cultural isolation
- Economic marginalization
- Parallel social structures
- Diminished civic engagement
2. The emergent phenomenon of urban fragmentation wherein diverse populations develop distinct, often disconnected societal enclaves within a single geographic region, resulting in systemic social, economic, and cultural stratification.
