a term used to describe the non-Greek affiliated members on a college campus. Originally derived from "GDI" or "God-damn independents". These people are can be characterized by social awkwardness, non-fratty apparel, and unquestioned love of the pseudo-sport ultimate frisbee.

Why are there so many geeds on campus today? Is there an ultimate frisbee tournament close by?

An individual operating outside of Greek life and not adhering to fraternity/sorority trends and lifestyles. A derivative of GDI ("God Damn Independent), "geed" is often used as a derogatory term by members of Greek life against others who are able to maintain a thriving social life without the burdens of the required conformity and monetary membership charges, whom they deem threatening.

Dude, look at that guy over at the bar. He's not even wearing a checkered shirt or salmon shorts. And where the hell are his boat shoes? Who even let him in? F***ing geed.

GEED

Another word for GDI or God Damn Independent. These are the people who bash Greek Life, and prepiness in general without experiencing it first hand. A GEED is typically a social outcast who was bullied in high school and now lives in his musty dorm in college. He’ll spend all day playing his Nintendo switch or PC, talk smack about frat boys on Reddit , jerk off to anime porn, and will talk to a bunch of neck beards like himself on discord while us fraternity men bag hella chicks, drink the best liquor and beer, and leave college with the best jobs due to the connections we made in our fraternity. A geed is also the same person who write those anti- frat boy Urban Dictionary definitions probably due to the fact that a frat boy hooked up with their crush ;)
