A old lady who is involved in criminal activities or secretly runs a criminal empire. She might be involved in drug deals, arms trading, or underground networks, and she’s not afraid to use samurai swords, guns etc, have a scrap, or punish people. She hates the police, will never rat you out, may have done a lot of prison time too—cross her at your own risk.
