Gallagher’s Watermelon 

When two males and two females participate in a four-way and the female with the larger breasts lays down flat on her back. While one male performs missionary intercourse with her, the other female performs oral on the other male. When both males are prepared to climax, they closely surround the female laying down and discharge semen between her breasts. Next, the second female stands over the female laying down and proceeds to defecate on top of the pile of semen.
