these are Filpino teens, commonly found on the outskirts of Metro Manila and in urban areas throughout Philippines. Clothes and behaviour are remarkably similar to those of the american and latin american thugs but lighter(less organized and dangerous) and more aesthetic just like Uk chavs and Russian Gopniks. and loves to street fighting to another rival groups, and smoke vape. they love to wear Black Shirts, brown pants or joggers and thick necklace with converse or vans style shoes.
