fumblebrag 

a fraudulent humblebrag. whereas a humblebrag is a specific type of brag that masks the boasting part of a statement in a faux-humble guise -- allowing the offender to boast about his/her "status" without any shame or guilt -- a fumblebrag is even more deceptive, because the offender is unjustifiably claiming to be credited with the perceived "status".

@InstagramGirl: "OMG I have the cutest assistants ever!"

Truth be told, the "assistant" in the photo is not her assistant but rather an unpaid intern. (And, incidentally, the intern in the photo isn't even that cute.) But we now know InstagramGirl has both a low self-esteem and a proclivity for stretching the truth. Textbook fumblebrag!
