Front-Back Yack

The act of throwing up and pooping in the same hole (usually a toilet) at the same time.

"How was your night, man? I only saw you at the party for a bit."
"Dude, it was great. I had my first front-back yack. It all landed in the toilet too; none on my clothes."
"Dang, that's pretty impressive."
